Return Window
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that digital gift cards and items purchased during “Final Sale” events are not eligible for returns or refunds.
